So I weighed in today & was pleased to see that I lost 3 pounds since my weigh in yesterday! I really think it's because I have started exercising. I always count my calories & barely miss a day doing it even on the weekends.

I think the fact that I can see what I have burned vs what I have eaten it motivates me to want to exercise just to see that burn number go up! Here's to more days like this & here's to getting down to 200 by July!
