Any results with the Biggest Loser 30 Day Jump Start program?

I just bought this book the other day and I think it looks so easy to get started with. Basically it starts you out on a 1,500 calorie diet and 20 minutes of cardio with 10 minutes of resistance workouts. Then you increase your workout 2 minutes per day until you are at 55 per day. They tell you exactly what to eat and how to make the food, so there are recipes and pictures. For me, I need to be ery structured and know what I can and cannot eat and how to exercise.

I have been calorie counting all along but I want to start this program Monday.Let me know if you have tried it.. liked it.. hated it... and whatever else you think of it!

Thank

I know you posted in March but how did it work out for you?  This is my first week and I am trying.  I have adjusted a bit here and there but usually my calories are down not up.  I would love to hear how you did.  I am not following the exercise just the diet.  I can do more aggressive excersies the what they have in their but I feel like the diet is a good starting point.  Let me know how your results were.
