Results from 30 Days Shred by Jillian Michaels
I just got 30 Days Shred DVD by Jillian Michaels. Has anyone tried it and what where your results like?

Hi - I haven't personally done this, but I have seen posts about this! Sounds like fun. I would suggest doing a search of the fitness forum for this! I am sure you will find out alot of info!
Today was my eighth day, and so far I love it.
I think it is too early for results, but it makes me feel great (after I got past the soreness of the first two days).
I;m glad you started this post I am curious too! I just bought it and did the 1st workout, it kicked my ass! I can already tell that I am going to be sore tomorrow. I can't wait to hear others results I am hoping that wil keep me motivated!

I bought this dvd about a month ago, I don't do it everyday but I try to do it atleast 3-4 times a week...I also try run 3-4 times a week. I don't have a gym membership yet so that was my primary reason to get this dvd. I've noticed better definition in my arms and I actually can see my quad muscle when I lift my legs off the ground. I think its a good dvd and easy to do since its only 20 minutes long. It definitely does a good job of getting your heart rate up and working on all sorts of muscles!
