Okay so its day 17 of the diet again and got on the scale this morning which has not fluctuated at all in the 17 days except maybe a gain of a few pounds, but this morning I weighed in at 304.5 down from the miserable plateu I seemed to be on stuck at 311.5 the hardest thing has been trying to eat the right amount of calories and to spread them out through the day. But it seems that my metabolism has finally come back to life!!

Plateaus are soooo frustrating, just got off one myself, so I understand how frustrating it can be!
