Is there a way to retroactively log calories for previous days? I find that if I go out to dinner or am traveling it is difficult to access a computer until the next day. Every time I try to enter the data later, it enters the foods under the current day.
Yes, there is. When you enter the foods, there is a date box at the top, right before your meal selection and amount of that food. Simply change that date to the date you need.
Sometimes, it will keep that date for the next food items until you change it, sometimes it doesn't (might be I go do something else for a bit and reset it), so just watch that date.
Ahhh....I never even noticed that those were drop-down boxes. Thanks for your help. Now when I over eat by 1,000 calories it won't look like I had a reallly healthy day! Thanks. ![]()
