Well, I'm back..... here's my scoop..... I have lost over 125 pounds on Weight Watchers, was 2 pounds from goal and then gained 20 pounds.  I joined CC and lost 7 pounds just to COMPLETELY fall off the wagon and now am 7 + 5 pounds heavier!!! ARGH!!!!!!  I now need to lose 30 pounds to be back at goal!!!  I have been BINGING for about a month!!  I have been good MAYBE a week for the last month!!!  My pants are tight and my stomach is bulging.  ICK!!!!  I just bought an Espresso stand where we serve these WONDERFUL pastries.... BIG pink sugar cookies, no bakes, pumpkin bars, rice crispy treats, cinnamon rolls and more!!  I have had 1-3 a day when I binge and then don't stop there.... I have nachos, pizza, crap food and desert after work!!! ARGH!!  I am SOOOO mad at myself, I could just scream!!!!!!!!!  I was working out 5x a week for 45 minutes faithfully and wasn't losing.  I can't workout now, I work 6x a week for 12-14 hours a day.  Granted, I do run around a lot at the shop and am DEAD tired when I leave at night, working out is not happening!!!  I need to lose this weight on diet alone!!!  I set myself at Sedentary and it says I need 1350 calories day to lose these 30 pounds by the middle of June, 6 months.  I usually have a "cheat day" every Saturday where I eat WHATEVER I want, lots of food!!  I can't do that anymore..... it's gotta be a "cheat MEAL" not DAY!!!  I know it'll be hard but I HAVE to do this!!!  I plan on counting points and calories to mae sure everything is in order.  I drink like 6 shots a day so that'll give me energy!!  Anyhow, I am excited to have support here!!!  Here is my food chart for today, please do tell me if it looks good and if there is any area I need to change..... Being on your feet and moving that much you are not sedimentary at all.  Your allowance would be much higher.  Being in that atmosphere you must plan ahead by having lots of low calorie food close at hand.  Keep nuts, fresh veggies, low-fat protein at your place of employment.  Eat often (every 3-4 hours) so that you don't have the urge to overeat fatty foods.  It will also help keep your metabolism high.  You can do it.
