Have you ever got Revenge (In the form of a Prank !) needed to clarify.
Ok so I got revenge on my ex when I discovered that he was having a thing with what would have been his ex when he met me.
So with calm I bowed out gracefully, giving the impression that there was no hard feelings
.
But what he didn't know is that I had been planting my revenge in the bedroom.... I moved out and she moved back in. After a couple weeks when I was in the pub I overheard him and her talking at the bar that they were having a terrible time with a very strong smell in the bedroom and they had no idea what was causing it?......
It took them fully 2 months, and they had to get a company to come in to find out that I had filled the curtain pole and the knobs on the bed ends with prawns!!!! ![]()
It ruined their sex life for a while, and they had to refurbish the bedroom.....the smell of rotten fish really sticks to everything you know

Inventive, if nothing else.
Did this really make you feel better?
The best revenge, I truly believe, is living happily. :)
It's knowing, even if no one else knows, that your life is happier and better without that particular person in your life and that they weren't able to stop you from being happy. :)
Aha. Did you get the idea off the internet? I remember getting one of those stupid circulating e-mails with this exact story in it. Hahaha. Nice job, anyway! =P
good for you! I haven't really saught any revenge on anyone, but it does make me super happy when I hear that something bad happened to them in the future hahaha evil. but yes, justice is always served & karma's a b*tch!
No I didn't get it off the Internet, I had remembered hearing about it on the TV in a programme a long time ago. But I thought it was just perfect for my purpose.
Yes it did make me feel happy as it was me who had paid for all the stuff that was in the bedroom in the first place, but I was unable to take it with me.
There was a lot of other stuff that went on also which I'm not getting into, it was just the final straw as it were.

Do you mind if I ask why? Did he fight you on it or something? You should be able to keep stuff that you paid for.
So, in addition to letting a low life cheater affect you this much, you decided to destroy things you personally paid for? That seems counterproductive, IMO.
But to each their own. I hope you don't encounter the same circumstances again.
I also heard of this in one of those tedious e-mail's.
I think it's a lame and childish display of a person who has trouble expressing themselves as a fully functioning adult in charge of their destiny.
I leave it to the universe to exact punishment.
Not my place.
I'm glad it made you feel better, though.
#8. I beg your pardon!!!!
thanks sparky ![]()
Prawns, haha. Shrimp in the bedroom? Was that a metaphor?

Well, it's already been said multiple times in the forums: If you only want specific responses and are going to be upset with responses you don't want to hear, then posting on a public message board isn't the wisest choice.
But like I said, to each their own.

was excessive. :)
Edit - and in continuing to consider this remark, I believe it to contain a couple of errors, as well. I mean, putting prawns in someone's bedposts is pretty expressive of displeasure, and she walked out - that's definitely taking control of one's destiny.
Hey sorry if I offended you, but in my world revenge of this nature is a weak display of someone who doesn't trust thier voice. Hardly a show of power, more a prank than a lesson in courage.
But as santo stated "to each his own".
