Hi everyone, I've been looking to drop some pounds and I've been searching the web for weight loss plans. I found the Look Great in Eight weight loss program on Diet Nation. It is a meal plan and exercise plan for losing weight in eight weeks. Any thoughts on this program? It looks to me like it should work, any other suggestions, I'm planning on starting it next week.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Couldn't really tell from that link what exactly the program requires of you. But if you reduce your calories a reasonable amount, eat whole mostly unprocessed foods in good variety and increase your exercise a reasonable amount... you will probably lose weight =)
A lot of people on this site want to eat healthful foods and exercise more for much longer than 8 weeks (more like from now on) so that we can have lifelong better health.
But I wish you good luck on your journey! =)

There's no information other than the introduction. Can you post something that's more detailed?
Sorry for the confusion, at the very bottom there is an adobe file to download that contains the 8 week plan! Let me know your thoughts.
I got as far as the folder where they keep the PDF file, but it would not let me download it. Maybe ya gotta be a member? Anyway - my biggest question would be - HOW MUCH IS IT GONNA COST?

What are going to do after the eight weeks? That question is the reason "diets" don't work!
i have been dieting for 10 weeks and lost 23 lbs. so far...im watching my calories eating low fat food and lots of fruit and veg. and walking 3-4 times a week for 45 min. seems to be working for me good luck
Yes, but the question still stands.... What do you do 9 weeks from the time you started? Go back to your old eating habits so you can continue to yo-yo?
