Can anyone suggest some different healthy snacks besides the obvious (Fresh Fruit, nuts, Veggies and dip, Jello)?

String cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese.  I've been snacking on these quaker granola bars with added fiber that are only about 140 calories a bar, too.  I keep fat free pudding in my desk at work...Snack Packs only have about 80 calories each and don't have to be refrigerated.  Hope this helps!

I love frozen grapes.  Especially after a good workout, or on a hot day, they are just as refreshing and a popsicle or ice cream, but much better for you!  They're high in sugar, but its still fruit!

eep! double post!

I guess I'll add that I also love rolling up a slice of deli turkey with some mustard on it for a quick snack.

Frozen grapes and frozen sliced banana, and for savoury I  like snacker jacks mini salt and vinegar rice cakes (1 small packet 89 cals) mmm AND my old favourite 2 ryvita with a reduced fat cheese triangle only 90 cals

My favorites- freeze dried blueberries and strawberries, crystalized or pickled ginger (great for digestion), frozen blueberries, wasabi peas, toasted garbonzo beans, Greek peppers, cold roasted veges, Greek 0% yogurt with berries, unsalted sunflower seeds (in the shell), any vege pickled.

Wow, really good ideas!  If you have a bit more time, you can make small bowls of oatmeal and add some sugar-free jam (40 g. oats, 1/2 c. skim milk, water, jam) for under 200 cal.  I also make pita pizzas with small whole wheat pitas (around 140 cal), I'll either use a bit of pesto or goat cheese and spinach; or tomatoes, oregano and parmesan cheese, broiled for about 10 min until it starts to get crispy for under 200 cal too.  You can make lots of snack sandwiches using iceberg lettuce instead of bread; tuna salad, chicken salad, cold cuts, cheeses.  Those could be as few as 100-150 cal.  2oz of tuna and 1 tbsp of light mayo is about 100 cal.  Cottage cheese with fruit; apples, celery, or rice cakes with peanut butter; celery and laughing cow cheese....the list goes on and on!

I love wasa bread with fage or cottage cheese, and cucumber slices on top, maybe a sprinkle of dill if you like it.  I also like roast beef or turkey slices on top of wasa bread with mustard.  Sometimes I'll wrap turkey or roast beef around celery sticks with some country dijon mustard.

Another favorite: hardboiled eggs.  I eat them on their own with some pepper, or sliced with tomatoes and a little cider vinegar/relish & pepper...I also like to make an egg salad that I like to eat in lettuce "cups" (I take the really small leaves in the hearts of romaine, and fill them up with the egg salad mixture).

I forgot to add rice cakes with Philly reduced fat how scrummy are they!!!
