whats fat free cool whip? is that cream? how many cals in that? sounds nice tho!!!! will deffo try that xD
i personally haven't tried this, but I've heard good things about sugar-free jelly/jam on rice cakes.
Don't involve yourself with the cool whip. Especially the fat free. The main ingredients in that stuff include hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup. If you want, you could try cream cheese instead (or neufchatel if you're scared of fat), or even cottage cheese.
You could also do some of the following: peanut butter, salmon and lettuce, little cheese with pepperoni, and hummus. Laughing cow wedges are also popular.
Toppings?
Howabout...
- Peanut butter and jelly
- Peanut butter and applesauce
Well I have to agree with the Cool Whip or Fat Free Whip cream, even though it has HFCS and Hydro oils, the 2 tbsp per day (usually 2 out of 7 days) doesnt really worry me, although if you are concerned Whip cream is a better choice.
I use SF Strawberry Jelly and FF Whip cream
Also like SF Polaner Pineapple Preserve with unsweetened cocoa powder
Also some banana slices and unsweetend cocoa powder are yummy, and sometimes I add 1/2 tbsp PB just for some choc pb banana flavor
Not sure what kind of icecream you like but I also have made icecream sandwiches with rice cakes using light vanilla icecream and you guessed it more unsweetened cocoa powder.
I guess I like my rice cakes sweet
Laughing Cow cheese wedges.
Honey w/ or w/o PB.
