this is a traditionnal lebanese rice
| 1/4 | cup unsalted butter |
| 1/2 | cup noodles, fine |
| 1 | cup rice |
- put the butter in the pan
- stir in the noodles until their golden
- add 1 cup of rice
- stir with a pinch of salt
- add a 2 cups of water
- bring to a boil
- simmer on low heat until the rice is cooked
