Rice Pilaf Recipe

this is a traditionnal lebanese rice

Ingredients
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup noodles, fine
1 cup rice
Directions
  1. put the butter in the pan

  2. stir in the noodles until their golden

  3. add 1 cup of rice

  4. stir with a pinch of salt

  5. add a 2 cups of water

  6. bring to a boil

  7. simmer on low heat until the rice is cooked
