Does anyone have suggestions on how to get rid of the baby flab that some of us lucky woman get after having kids???  I have been excercising regurarly now for over year, and have seen my flab decrease, but I'm wondering if it will ever completely go away.  Open to recommendations.....

Oh my gosh!  I just wanted to say I can sympathize!  My DS are 3 months and 15 months old.  I NEVER had love handles or belly flab before having kids.  Even back to my normal weight I still had a ton of flab!  I am trying losing weight and pilates to try and tone it up.  I have heard pilates is good because it really targets the 'poouch' area that women have.  I just started though...so maybe in 3 months or so I could tell you if it really worked or not!  =)

Pilates definetly helps getting rid of the pouch.  I also have a young daughter and I've noticed a big difference during the time periods I've regularly done crunches on the exercise ball compared to when I haven't been able to (for a while my daughter wasn't too happy about hanging out in the exersaucer while I worked out!  She's getting better with the play pen now though).  I've been doing about 100 daily for the past three weeks and have just in the last couple of days noticed a big difference in my belly, it's definelty more firm and flatter.

My youngest is 14 months and until just recently, it didn't seem to matter how much I worked out and how much weight I lost the "pooge" (that's my name for it) never went away.  Then a friend turned me on to circuit training!!! Combining short bursts of exercise (cardio, strength training and an ab routine) for 30min - 1hr, 3 or 4 times a week... and guess what!!! It's Working!!!!! I'm getting my 6 pack back and I only have half a pound to go to get to my weight loss goal!!!

If you want a great video that you can do from home with only a set of 5lb dumbells ,  Check This Out

It's called "Fat to Firm in 3-2-1" I love it!!!

So do you do Pilates at your gym or do you have a video you use at home??

Wow!! You go girl!!! 100 that's awesome.
