Getting rid of the BULK.
I used to be a swimmer and have broad shoulders and muscular arms because of it. I want to maintain the muscle in my arms, but i also want my shoulders and arms to decrease in size. How does one go about losing the bulk w/o losing the muscle completely?

just do enough weights to try and maintain them and do cardio and reduce your calories.
