Ever since I started developing I have always had cellulite! Does anybody know how to get rid of it?! Any special creams or pills? Or does it go away once you lose the weight? I would love to hear from anybody but especially those who have reached their goal weight!

I think cellulite is just a thing that women get, and there is no miracule cure :(
Even very thin women can get it....

Cellulite is frustrating - I know. Believe it or not, cellulite can be reduced almost entirely with weight loss and a strength training/toning program. It won't go away with only exercise alone, I've tried :-)
Cellulite is also somewhat genetic and can be harder to reduce for some than others! Figures... I know it runs in my family... thanks MOM!
P.S. There are no miracle creams or solutions, just a lot of hard work eating the right foods and dedication to an exercise program. Don't waste your money... they do have some treatments that help reduce the appearance of cellulite - they are very expensive and only temporary. The FDA has approved Endomerology as a significant treatment for the reduced appearance of cellulite but this is a treatment that must be continually performed by a professional endomerologist (it's like a deep tissue massage over a 10-15 week period and lasts about 6 months I think).

I wouldn't mind having some minor cellulite like the skinny girls do, but my legs look like someone took a hammer to them!! They look like cottage cheese and it makes me VERY uncomfortable to wear shorts or skirts!
I have always had cellulite as well...and I've tried all the creams, nothing ever seemed to work. Losing weight and toning up definately helps. Now that I am at my maintenance weight its almost completely gone...and even whats there doesn't look all that bad b/c I've toned up. Just give it time and keep up the hard work!
weight train weight train weight train. can't emphasize it enough.
developing muscle will significantly reduce the appearance of cellulite. look at most fitness/figure models, cellulite is practically invisible. and a lot of them didn't use to be thin girls either.
tanning, although not healthy, but it can reduce the appearance of cellulite. try a self tanner.

Eat healthy you will be amazed with the difference. If you want to do something drastic try the CELLU M6, I am in the spa industry and for some people it works well. Its a machine that massages the area with cellulite. Remember there are no miracles healthy eating will take away all these things that bother us on our body.
Well,
Even guys get some.....get rid of it by doing cardio, lifting weights, a balance diet, more cardio, more weight lifting.
How much?
90 mins. cardio per day, 7 days a wk. Heart rate at 85%-95% of your max. heart rate (220 minus your age)time 85%
Weight lifting 3x a wk, with 24 hrs. rest time.
Will you get rid of it completely, we don't know, however you may eliminate most of it.
Good luck
