Getting rid of stomach flab..?

Quote  |  Reply

I've recently lost a lot of weight but still have a big stomach, but everything else is small? I've been told by many it's excess skin, but how do I know for sure?

How can you get rid of excess stomach skin, and tighten skin after weight loss other that surgery?

All advice would be appreciated, thanks!

hey marissa i had the same problem first i wanna know if u lost ur weight with diet only or u exercise?? second ,how much weight did u lost ? and if u was pregnant or not??

for me i had the same problem but it was coze of my 2 ceserian child birth..now after i lost all extra weight by dieting & exercising my stomach is much much better but my stomach skin is totaly damage...by other way my stomach under cloth is perfect(u can see a little bit of muscels)  but skin around the belly botton is damaged

i red once that the extra skin without fat are thin as the skin of the back of ur hand so if ur extra skin in ur belly are that thin so it s extra skin ,and if it not so it still fat around ur waist line

try to measure ur body fat don't count on the scale alone, then if it is high try to decrease it by watching the quality of ur intake calories and by doing STRENGHT TRAINING and cardio...it help a lot and u can see a huge difference..

hope that i helped u ...Smileread from u soon

Well I lost about 50 pounds in 6 months, due to a bunch of eating disordeds at once(mainly anorexia) and Im only 14 so nope no pregnancys, I did a lot of sit-ups and biking but thats mainly it..

and the skin isnt as thin as my hand, but you can feel like bead-like things deep inside when you rub it, but fairly spaced. It looks fine from under clothes but when i lift up my shirt it looks like its weighed down over my pants, and when I bend forward, I have like 5 rolls, but when I sit up normals its completely flat!! ..

its so confusing!!

look i beleive it s just fat ! specialy that i red yesterday a post about the same issue ,and the expert explain (briefly)that if u lost ur weight  from ur muscles (and that will be by dieting without exercise strenght training)u will be definetly flaby!! u had to decrease ur body fat percentage and increase ur lean tissue ( muscles) that will be by exercising strength training and watch ur intake calories by being healthy and doing right choices...

and since u r to young so u have a huge opportunity that ur skin coorporate and get tighten as u wish ... i ll try to get u that link so u can check it to learn more
