Rather than adding on your activities separately, it would be easier simply to choose the activity level that best fits your day. Then just use that as your expenditure.
Women can definitely need more than 2700 - there are some very active women out there!
I would recommend "moderate" as a good level to start at: do your calculations based on that, and you definitely won't lose less than predicted (I'm pegging you somewhere between moderate and very active). In fact, you could lose more than predicted. I am guessing that "moderate" expenditure won't be 3500 calories though, you aren't that big.
Some people forget that for every hour they add in the "activities" column, you have to subtract an hour's worth of your "sedentary" expenditure - for me, that's nearly a hundred calories an hour.

If you want to stay in shape, eat what feels right. I am sure you probably won't reach 3500 cals. I get full around 2000 to be honest. If you are going to be active take some healthy snacks for you. An if you really want to lose wieght go with the majority of your sites. an just cut back some if you are stuffing yourself.

I've noticed that if you look at your Burn Meter CC already subtracts the sedentary rate, which is about 80 calories an hour from your activity before putting it on the burn meter.
well i lost i.6kg in just over a week there. im not sure.... its a lot of physical activity.given to staci wat do you do in a typical day???? like wat consists of very active??? very active could mean one ting to triathlete and another to a 30 mile a week runner.... with very different calorific needs so its a bit silly to lash em all with the same brush??
