They start piling up, don't they?

i always have a massive binge day during my TOM! ughhh and to make matter worse the scale goes up about 8 pounds!!!! takes me two weeks to go back to normal. so so so demotivating

I lose my appetitue during TTOTM because of how bloated I feel. I'm scared to eat anything.

But just before. . . especially just one particullar day. . . I can eat non-stop, and I basically do. That's what I count as my real cheat day for the month, so I don't feel so bad.

I don't gain alot. At the most, 3 pounds, but it's gone by the time I'm finished.

I also feel bloated and don't eat much. But that doesn't stop me from gaining water weight every flipping month. Takes me a solid week after to get back to normal. Grrr... Yell

You are not alone.

I start imagining and craving foods. And then when I don't eat it... my next craving gets piled onto the list.

I want potato chips.
I want peanut butter.
Now I want potato chips dipped in peanut butter.
I want a chocolate bar.
Melted chocolate bar poured over potato chips dipped in peanut butter.
I want marshmallows.
Stuck on my melted chocolate bar on potato chips & peanut butter.
With popcorn stuck on top.

You see how it goes... sometimes it gets ridiculous. Like peanut butter and cheese on crackers.  (its good I promise)

I roam the kitchen for inspiration. TV commercials inspire me WAY too much. I am insatiable that week!

I was 2 pounds from hitting my target weight and TTOM!!  couldn't stop eating, now I have 6 pounds to go.  Stupid frozen cookie dough! Sealed

It is the only time I can't get enough salty/sweet, but the rest of the month, I crave healthy foods.

Yep...it's ANNOYING.

I'm so glad that I'm not alone.  I can eat all day long and still be hungry!

The day before my TTOM comes, I am ravenous. I just got it yesterday and on Monday after I finished my dinner I had THREE pieces of leftover birthday cake! Ugh.

Ugh!! Yes! I crave chocolate the most...more than I normally do. lol. Also french fries. Salt, sweet, salt, sweet! I just don't weight myself otherwise I set myself up for disappointment...at least it worked this time around...I wasn't upset so no emotinal eating. And I didn't gain afterwards! ^_^

Haha, I feel that. I'm at the beginning as well and I could eat a house. Dipped in chocolate. With sprinkles. And whipped cream...

Nope, not me.  I just get massive cramping.

Edit: Although I do find myself eating odder food combinations around that time.

obviously from all the postings i am not alone when i say YES!!! i can eat so much right before "girl time" - way more than would normally make me feel really gross and overly full.  it's horrible!  i have learned over the last few months to eat a lot of cucumbers and celery during that time of the month, even if i do binge on a lot of junk, because they help with keeping down the bloating/ water weight gain and makes it easier to shed the pounds the following week or two.  give it a try!

Three words: chocolate, chocolate, chocolate.

And yes, for about two days the week before my period, my weight will go up 2-3 lbs. It always happens, and it is always maddening.

It helps to know that your body also BURNS more calories during that time. So 100 more a day isn't as terrible as it seems. :)

Yeah, I could eat everything and never, ever be full.............. and I usually do ;)

I agree it is maddening!
