So you are 5'4" and 103lbs. That definitely does not sound overweight to me. How much have you gained?
Just a thought, but you might be binge eating because you are not eating enough or getting the proper nutrients. Be sure to eat at least three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with small snacks in between and drink plenty of water.

i get a good enough breakfast, but after breakfast, my stupid brsin keeps telling me to eat junk. then i do to the point where i cant stop. i gained 4 kg in 2 months by binging. it depresses me horribly.
lol Thanks for the translation. I didn't have the energy to look it up just now!
I'd call that underweight. A little. By a general rule anyway. If you're not happy I'd focus on nutrition & fitness and not so much about numbers themselves.

So before when you were on a diet you weighed 43kg (94lbs)? (I gathered that from your other thread). It sounds like you may have been undereating to get to 94lbs. and your body is requiring more food, which may be causing the binges. Try to eat more healthy balanced meals and allow your body to be at it's natural weight.
Babe, you're underweight.
You're BMI is only 17 and the healthy range for your height and weight is 20 to 24.
If anything, you need to gain weight.
If you had a very small frame (Bone structure) I could understand how you don't feel "Skinny" But I'm sure you aren't overweight.
But, binge eating is a bad habit and unhealthy!
You could try eating 6 small healthy meals a day.
Then you don't have to go so long without eating and you may not feel the need to binge.
Unless its an emotional binge?

I hope you have a good day, catch you later.

yeah, when i was dieting i restricted myself to a calorie limit below 600. now that i am eating again, i always go over 2000. i dont know whether it is emotional eating, i guess i am very lonely and depressed these days, but there is no reason behind it.
600 is not good! Considering you are only 14, 2000 calories sounds about right where you should be... If not more.
Keep in mind that you are growing and you need all the nutrients you can get. Severly undereating will only cause medical problems in the future and 5-10 pounds are definitely not worth that...
