hey guys im just wondering im 24 years old bout 5'11" male i weigh 285lb i know how many calories i should be eating to make a loss of 1-2lbs a week but for that weight age and height what should i be consuming in the way of protien carbs fat and fibre to maintain a steady weight loss would apprieciate any help anyone can give me.
