RIP Patrick Swayze

After 2 years battling pancreatic cancer, Patrick Swayze died today.

That's really sad.  Everyone I grew up with in movies and music is going away.  Makes me feel old or something.

Wow, my husband and I were just talking about him.  Then I hop on here and see that he has passed.  Weird.

I know he was dealing with cancer and all..... but still, I didn't expect to hear this today  :/

WAY TOO YOUNG!  I really loved him in all his films.  What a shame.

The last picture I saw of him, omg, he looked horrible. Everyone kept saying (media) he is doing so well now, he is doing so much better...

I am suprised there wasn't more warning.

It was a short life but a full one and he worked to the end show's strength of character.

He will be dancing his dances pain free now!

Very sad at the news of his passing.

If you love PS and have never seen him in "To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything, Julie Newmar" watch it.  It's hilarious and he does a great job.  Only Patrick could still turn me on while dressed as a drag queen!

RIP Patrick.  You will be greatly missed.

I think his best acting was in "Donnie Darko" as that creepy, child porn-pedo motivational speaker.

Gonna have to watch "Roadhouse" just in honor of Patrick.

Thank you for posting the link about Swayze.  I knew the movies but had never known his bout w/ drinking and aversion to fame.

Glad that his pain is over and so sorry for his wife who has lost her best friend of 34 years.  Her pain is just beginning.

RIP Patrick and sending well wishes to his family, friends, loved ones.

Pancreatic cancer is horrible. They all are, but I think it's one of the worst. Have lost two very close family members to that same disease.

Nobody puts Baby in the corner!!!

I love you, Patrick.

Very sad.  He will be missed.  :(
