Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Honey Pork Rib
| 500 | g pork, rib |
| 6 | tbsp honey |
| 1/4 | cup garlic |
| 2 | tbsp soy sauce |
| 1 | tbsp vinegar |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 | tbsp sweet and sour sauce |
| 2 | tsp pepper |
Recipe Directions for Roasted Honey Pork Rib
- boil the water
- put pork rib to boil for 15 minutes (too make pork rib more soften after roast)
- mince the garlic
- mix all the ingredient together, except pork rib
- put boiled pork rib in wet ingredient, left over night
- use 190c to bake for 40 - 45 minute (flip top side of pork rib down at minute of 20)
