Hi Everyone,

I used this site 2 years ago with healthy eating habits and portion control, along with regular exercise.  I lost 20 lbs. in 3 months, very sensibly.  Unfortunately, I slipped back into my old habits after a year and have gained all but 2 lbs. back.  I never joined a "group" the first time, and thought being a part of a support group would help to get back on track, as well as moral support on those times I want to "stray".  I would ideally like to lose 25 lbs - set my goal for 20 lbs. by Jan. 1, 2010  I am 52 - and looking chubby, frumpy and a little dumpy.  I started my healthy eating regime last week and have lost 4 lbs.  I hope to start my dance class next week and have been walking 20 min. a day.

What I like about this site is the fact you are responsible to record everything you eat or drink , plus all activities.  It makes you be more accountable for everything and you can see exactly how the results can add up.
