Roll Call -- April Excercise Challenge

How much do you want to exercise a month? How can you push yourself out that door when the last thing you want to do is go to the gym? Easy challenge yourself pick a goal and work for it!!!
The American Heart Association offers a free online excercise tracker and lots of information to improve your heart heatlh.

What is exercise you ask - its whatever you do over and above your normal everyday activity. If you start taking the stairs instead of the elevator due to your wanting to improve your health this is exercise - if you park further from the door and walk extra - this is exercise. However if your work requires you to be on your feet running around all day - this is lifestyle and not exercise and should be added to your "activity level" in your account.. I think its important for you to be honest with yourself so you will truly get the benefit of this challenge.

Keep track of your time and post your accumalative totals daily or weekly whichever you prefer.

due to the popularity of this challenge only folks signed up by the 1st of april will be able to participate - but this challenge happens monthly so stay tuned to for Mays sign up!!!

I just saw a comment that the 750's were updated but I didn't see my name updated. Here was my post from yesterday....

For everyone just starting this challenge this month...
We, the timekeepers, (hehe) do not update to the site. When we post "Updated 750" or "1000" or which ever we are doing it is to let us know where we stopped. We then get that information to dbackerfan, who updates the main page. This could take anywhere from 1 hour to 12 hours, depending on when we can all get on line.
Hope this helps clear up any confusion :D
