How much do you want to exercise a month?
How can you push yourself out that door when the last thing you want to do is go to the gym?
Easy - Challenge yourself!!!
Pick a goal and work towards it!!!
What is exercise you ask?
It is whatever you do over and above your normal everyday activity. If you start taking the stairs instead of the elevator due to your wanting to improve your health this is exercise - if you park further from the door and walk extra - this is exercise. However if your work requires you to be on your feet running around all day - this is lifestyle and not exercise and should be added to your "activity level" in your account. I think its important for you to be honest with yourself so you will truly get the benefit of this challenge.

I'll shoot for 800 minutes for April. I overestimated myself last month and didn't even come close to 1250. 800 is a little more realistic.

I'd like to sign up for 1000 minutes.
Hopefully I'm not getting myself in too deep since this is my first one!
30/1000I'm signing up for walking as fast as I can comfortably for 30 minutes plus 3-5 minutes of calisthenics (push-ups, squats, crunches, wall pushes, and ab vacuum- very hard for me) for muscle toning 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
Okay frist time here, I am going for 1000 minutes. Time to kick my own bottom... now where did that boot go?

I'm going for 800 minutes! I travel so much that it's hard to try for 1000. However, I will see how well I do this month and try to work to 1000 for MAY!!

Last month I was pathetic! I'm going to try to do MUCH better this month and I'm aiming for 1250 minutes exercise... since it's swimming weather again I'm more likely to manage it without killing myself! I started with a nice swim today - and when I wondered why I was so tired I looked at the clock and realised I'd been swimming for 45 minutes!
