How much do you want to exercise a month?
How can you push yourself out that door when the last thing you want to do is go to the gym?
Easy - Challenge yourself!!!
Pick a goal and work towards it!!!
What is exercise you ask?
Its whatever you do over and above your normal everyday activity. If you start taking the stairs instead of the elevator due to your wanting to improve your health this is exercise - if you park further from the door and walk extra - this is exercise. However if your work requires you to be on your feet running around all day - this is lifestyle and not exercise and should be added to your "activity level" in your account. I think its important for you to be honest with yourself so you will truly get the benefit of this challenge.

hello. could i join too, or is this challenge closed? i want to walk 60 minutes a day, ie 4200 minutes a week. niot a super fast speed walk, just a combination of strolling (30 mins) and brisk walking (30 mins daily)

I am truly inspired seeing all you folks shooting for that 2000 and over tme goal!! Good luck everyone!! I don't have any time to report yet but just had to say wow!!!

187/1500 wogged w4d1 of c25k by mistake, was supposed to do w3d1. When I got back to son's house his mother-in law, my wife and I took our grandson for a walk in the stroller. Much longer than we expected in this Suwanee, GA heat. Had my hrm on and was able to track how long.
