If it is decaffeinated and if the drink does not have carbonation, then the sources say it can count towards your water. Just keep in mind that caffeine can dehydrate - as well as carbonation - so you need to drink extra water to offset their effects. When I count non-water towards my totals, I'll just count 1/2 of the amount. For example, if I had 8 oz of herbal tea, I'd count it as 4 oz of water... granted it was 8 actual oz of water, but if there was any caffeine, it also makes me drink a lil extra to offset it to make my daily total. Same things with stuff like skim milk or soup - I'll just count a portion of it towards my water total for the day.

Not a silly question at all! :)
Yes, the weeks always end on Saturday, so if there is a partial week, like the first week in August, just do the days up to and including Saturday, and then the Sunday would start the new week. For the last week in August, the last day of the month lands on a Friday, so for that partial week, you would only give the totals up to the 31st.

Hi! Check in day is Sunday, or Monday at the extreme latest. I will post the results Monday night (I'm in the United States, Central Time). Your totals should be Sunday to Saturday (see post #16 about how to handle a partial week).
