How much do you want to exercise a month?
How can you push yourself out that door when the last thing you want to do is go to the gym?
Easy - Challenge yourself!!!
Pick a goal and work towards it!!!


What is exercise you ask?


It is whatever you do over and above your normal everyday activity. If you start taking the stairs instead of the elevator due to your wanting to improve your health this is exercise - if you park further from the door and
walk extra - this is exercise. However if your work requires you to be on your feet running around all day - this is lifestyle and not exercise and should be added to your "activity level" in your account. I think its important for you to be honest with yourself so you will truly get the benefit of this challenge.

how silly! I chose the lowest challenge because I knew I would probably surpass it but wanted to give myself a little wiggle room 'just in case', well getting sick and not exercising for 7 days is a LOT of wiggle room and now I don't think I'll make my goal... it's been fun though!

I did 85 minutes exercise today... 40 minutes of C25K (Week 6, Day 1.5 - halfway inbetween day 1 and day 2 in intensity) followed immediately afterwards by a 45 minute walk. 1415/1500


85 minutes left to go to goal... I did it today - can I repeat it tomorrow? Probably not since it's Saturday, but I'll give it my best shot!

I did it! I walked half an hour while the laundry was in the washing machine, then I went for a walk for another hour while it dried... my legs were soooo tired at the end, but I made my goal and then some. This is the most exercise I've EVER done in one month! 1520/1500
