go to  www.tickerfactory.com and choose how you want it to look. When you are done, copy the middle code and paste it in your journal (edit- click on the green arrows<> and paste. Update and you are set). When you want to update, click on the ticker, which will take you to the web site. Update and it should automatically update in your profile.
Hi! I should actually be in the 2000 minutes category.
