How much do you want to exercise a month?
How can you push yourself out that door when the last thing you want to do is go to the gym?
Easy - Challenge yourself!!!
Pick a goal and work towards it!!!
What is exercise you ask?
It is whatever you do over and above your normal everyday activity. If you start taking the stairs instead of the elevator due to your wanting to improve your health this is exercise - if you park further from the door and walk extra - this is exercise. However if your work requires you to be on your feet running around all day - this is lifestyle and not exercise and should be added to your "activity level" in your account. I think its important for you to be honest with yourself so you will truly get the benefit of this challenge.

I am starting with a lower goal because I am starting NROLFW, so I will be doing less cardio.

December was pretty much a maintenance month for me. Now that the Christmas tree and all the extras that go with the season are out of the living room I have my workout space back. Back to the task at hand.

I'm not expecting any big interrruptions to my routine this month so I'll go back to 1250 minutes. I'm going to TRY to exercise at least six days a week, but we'll have to see what happens!
Yesterday I started couch to 5K and today I went on a HUGE shopping trip and walked four miles. So I've got a good start! 165/1250
