How much do you want to exercise a month?
How can you push yourself out that door when the last thing you want to do is go to the gym?
Easy - Challenge yourself!!!
Pick a goal and work towards it!!!
What is exercise you ask?
It is whatever you do over and above your normal everyday activity. If you start taking the stairs instead of the elevator due to your wanting to improve your health this is exercise - if you park further from the door and walk extra - this is exercise. However if your work requires you to be on your feet running around all day - this is lifestyle and not exercise and should be added to your "activity level" in your account. I think its important for you to be honest with yourself so you will truly get the benefit of this challenge.

edited*Fixed typo on the numbers.
A really good workout today... 35 minutes Couch to 5K (I'm a lot slower than you're supposed to be because I walk longer in between runs...) followed by a 40 minute cooldown walk. Which brings me to 1325/1250.
I probably won't exercise tommorrow - I have housework to do and I'm about due for a rest day.

2031/2000 finally felt well enough to do some stretching and body weight exercise. good thing this was the rest week in my 10k training! I didn't expect it to be a no running week tho! Should be able to pick up an easy run on Sun tho. Am also glad I hit my goal b4 the lousy weather and getting sick hit!

I didn't do much exercise today... just a quick walk to the shops and back. My monthly total is 27 days of exercise, and I walked/ran 83 miles, which is almost twice as far as I usually do! I find it hard to imagine how people get up to 2000 minutes of exercise because I worked my rear off this month and my grand total is 1380/1250.
