Dbackerfan - My personal goal is 1500 minutes a month as I have been exercising for quite some time.

Sign me up!  I got my ticker (see my profile).  you can go to www.tickerfactory.com to get an exercise ticker :)

I'm going for 1,000 mins a month to start for January.  *yay*  I'm excited :)
I'm in!  I'll shoot for 1500.  Not sure how much I'll be working , so this will be a good way to make sure I keep my own exercise a priority.  Great idea!
ok sign me up... I will shoot for 1000 mins for January.  That's a little over 30 mins every day, and I don't get to the gym every day so that will make me have to do something at home as well.   I made a ticker too and put it on my profile.
well.... lets set my bar for 750 since i am getting a full time job and have a small baby!
Count me in for the 1500. I live a 5 minute walk from the gym and I work there so I really don't have an excuse!

--ok. I'm more of a Luddite than I thouht -- I made the ticker -- how do I get the crazy thing on my profile? The cutting/pasting isn't working. It just looks like a web address. Help! :)
I'm in for 1500, since I can usually exercise at least an hour on work days.
removed.

see comment #10 from dbacker.  much better way!
Yes.  1000 minutes - January 2007 - I'm in.

I feel like I need to have something at risk that I'll lose if I fail...

I guess I'm wanting a guarantee because I'm afraid I won't do it otherwise.  That is no way to think, is it?  I think I will start by asking bf to hold me accountable every day.
Miss - use the html code I think it gives you 3 choices of codes to use use the middle one.
Yes! Thank you all! I now have a ticker of my own.
I'm in! I am going to Mexico for two weeks so my usual routine will be gone, There is the BEACH however...problem is there are also margaritas and chips and salsa!

I am so in.
thanks dbacker!  that works much better to use the code... i was trying to put it in the link box, but it works if you put it in the html part using the green brackets!  and then it's clickable... much better!

i'm in. 1,000 mins.
Count me in!  I'm gonna shoot for 1100 but will get to that 1000 mark for sure!
i'm in! i was lazy lazy lazy in december, soo this will be good for me too!

i'm gonna shoot for 1500, since i already try to get an hour in every day. but i will get my 1000, and maybe this will help me when spring semester starts....
Count me in.  I exercise on average 60 minutes five times a week so I think that I can do more than 1000 minutes but I will shoot for that right now.  I think I am in three or four challenges right now, hehehe.  But it is well worth it and keeps me accountable.
Ok I'm in for 1000 minutes also.  United I need help, I created a new ticker but can't get it onto my profile.  I only get the web address. How do you get the actual ticker?
Dbacker, I did the math and my personnel goal for 2007 is 10,000 miles on my bike that works out to 2880 minutes a month more or less. So I will try and do 2500 for this challenge and see how it goes.  winter will be hard as outside riding is limited by weather and light but I can make that up in the summer. DAN
tlc ~ when you post a message or in your journal or edit your profile, the last button is green < and >

click that.  it will take you to the html part of this.  go to bottom and paste in the html web page code (middle box), then hit hide html.  on the regular screen, drag to wherever you want.

hope this helps...

the ticker factory will give you code.  3 to choose from.  i think it's the middle one that you use...
