What is exercise you ask?
Its whatever you do over and above your normal everyday activity. If you start taking the stairs instead of the elevator due to your wanting to improve your health this is exercise - if you park further from the door and walk extra - this is exercise. However if your work requires you to be on your feet running around all day - this is lifestyle and not exercise and should be added to your "activity level" in your account.. I think its important for you to be honest with yourself so you will truly get the benefit of this challenge.

I made it!!!!!
1277/1250 Made it!
60 minute workout this morning and over the hump! Was able to make it in spite of drug reaction. July will be tougher. Have a weeks vacation and will be staying in 4 different places and only one hotel over an 8 day period. Complicated by generating a shin splint in my first street walk/jog session yesterday morning!

I swam for an hour this afternoon... sadly, my total for the month is only 1005/1250. But at least I passed 1000! (and since much of my exercise was swimming instead of walking, I burned twice as many 'exercise' calories as I did last month even though I did less minutes of exercise!)
