How much do you want to exercise a month?
How can you push yourself out that door when the last thing you want to do is go to the gym?
Easy - Challenge yourself!!!
Pick a goal and work towards it!!!
What is exercise you ask?
It is whatever you do over and above your normal everyday activity. If you start taking the stairs instead of the elevator due to your wanting to improve your health this is exercise - if you park further from the door and walk extra - this is exercise. However if your work requires you to be on your feet running around all day - this is lifestyle and not exercise and should be added to your "activity level" in your account. I think its important for you to be honest with yourself so you will truly get the benefit of this challenge.

I almost made it to 1750 last month, so that's what I'll shoot for this month :)

gonna be a rough month, but I'm still going to shoot for 2000 minutes. I have a lot of travel and a possible relocation effort starting. Well some of it might result in a lot of walking around so I'll keep the 2000 min target.
Edit: I'm gonna take an early credit for 15 min of stretching this morning. Don't know that I'll get much more in today with all the running around my wife wants to do on LI - mmm, could mean I can count walking around the stores since I don't do that everyday like she does...![]()
