How much do you want to exercise a month?
How can you push yourself out that door when the last thing you want to do is go to the gym?
Easy - Challenge yourself!!!
Pick a goal and work towards it!!!
What is exercise you ask?
It is whatever you do over and above your normal everyday activity. If you start taking the stairs instead of the elevator due to your wanting to improve your health this is exercise - if you park further from the door and walk extra - this is exercise. However if your work requires you to be on your feet running around all day - this is lifestyle and not exercise and should be added to your "activity level" in your account. I think its important for you to be honest with yourself so you will truly get the benefit of this challenge.

26/1500 finally got a run in after daughters wedding. Will try for 1500 again this month. Have to avoid over doing it with two half marathons scheduled
Goal : 3500 minutes
Completed : 45/3500
I am going to Vegas for 5 nights in a week, which I don't know if it's going to hinder my work-out or create more oppurtunities. But, let's stick with the same goal as October.
My work-out includes: Couch to 5k training (just started yesterday but doing it at a leisurely pace, not 3x a week but whatever I happen to get done - at least until after the snow melts); EA Sports Active (an expansion is coming out this month with new work-outs and features, I am excited!); I go for a power walk at work when the older kid I nanny goes to preschool, and if her younger brother wants to hang out in the stroller rather than head home during our break; I made a new friend to work-out with in the evenings so I have more motivation to go to the gym.
Goal: 2000 minutes

Never got started last month due to a snag in a grad school project. Since that is all worked out, I am ready to get back on track until the end of the year. This is normally when I gain my weight, so instead of snacking on holiday fare, I will commit to staying active.
