How much do you want to exercise a month?
How can you push yourself out that door when the last thing you want to do is go to the gym?
Easy - Challenge yourself!!!
Pick a goal and work towards it!!!
What is exercise you ask?
Its whatever you do over and above your normal everyday activity. If you start taking the stairs instead of the elevator due to your wanting to improve your health this is exercise - if you park further from the door and walk extra - this is exercise. However if your work requires you to be on your feet running around all day - this is lifestyle and not exercise and should be added to your "activity level" in your account. I think its important for you to be honest with yourself so you will truly get the benefit of this challenge.

60/1250 - to many days this month that I won't be able to workout, plus overtime at work. So this is an aggressive number but still less than last months' 1500.
100/2350 aim is to beat last month, which shouldnt be too bad since i was injured last month
35/1000 I have faith in this goal. Maybe I will surpass it <3

I have a triathlon this saturday so i may not get as much exercise in from tapering my workout up to the tri.
Also if anyone is going to be at the Lake Geneva tri series this next saturday let me know, we can meet up at the after party!

I really like this challenge, it keeps me very motivated to meet my goal.
