has anyone ever messed up THIS badly?
last night i had:
an entire pack of caramel tim tams (yes all 14 or so of them)
1 ham and cheese bun
a raspberry milkshake
3 slices toast with peanut butter
cheese crackers (half a family pack)
1 large plate chicken chow mein
1 plate of fried rice
1 large bag of sour gummy worms
spoonful after spoonful of nutella
6 milk cookies
and last, but definately not least: 18 oreos with a tall glass of full cream milk
I want to cry.

I almost ate an entire bag of double stuffed oreos after eating 3/4 of a x-large pizza and I'm 180 at 5'9"
I loved every minute of it until I was done . . . then the guilt trip. I wanted to cry, too.
My issue is that I'll eat really well for awhile and then I'll go off the deep end like this once or twice a week. It completely neutralizes every good decision I have made, each and every week.

I've done worse, much much worse.
Just forget about it and move on. It's over; you can't undo what's already been done.

I've done 10,000 calorie+ disgraces. But I never beat myself up over it.
Finally! Now, that's what I call a binge.
So, if you ate all that yesterday, you should be feeling like absolute sh*t today, right? I mean physically. All bloated, headache, moody, etc.
Next time you have a binge coming on, think of how you felt today. Try to think how scarfing this food will NOT make you feel any better and tomorrow, you will feel even worse. I suffer from BED really bad sometimes, so I can relate. I hope you are feeling better...I would just pick up the pieces, try not to beat yourself up over it and move on.
***Oh, and years ago, I had the worst binge ever. I had a few pounds of really fatty sausage in my freezer and cooked up and ate all the sausage on top of everything else I ate that night. It was like the worst hangover EVER. I'm not sure if my body couldn't handle all the fat in the sausage or what, but I had to call in sick to work and suffered so badly for the next few days. Never will I binge on fatty sausage or meat ever again.

:( im kinda upset too!!! i was so determined last week ( first week of jogging and dieting) and now im eating like theres no tomorrow ad havent jogged for 3 days! i feel like i gained 10 pounds :( i know we can do this :) we should believe in ourselves heeeheeee

I've binged in ridiculous amounts and gone to considerable trouble to do so. I once went to our neighborhood bakery and ordered a large, extra fancy, rush order, double decker birthday cake with white frosting. Of course it was nobody's birthday; I intended to eat the whole thing myself, so I felt really guilty and suspect- like everybody around me must know what I planned to do. So I had the woman write "Happy Birthday, Mike!" on the cake so she'd think it was for a party. Then I picked it up, took it home, and ate every crumb of it, along with a large pepperoni pizza, a caesar salad for two, and liter of root beer. Then I passed out on the couch in front of the TV.

So take a picture of yourself. A close up of just your face, and make a face that shows how guilty you feel right now. Print it out, and hang it on your refrigerator that says, "NOTHING TASTES GOOD ENOUGH TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE THAT AGAIN."

I have eaten a whole packet of chocolate covered digestive biscuits and felt quite ill afterwards. Last night I just had a cuppa-soup (60 calories) and some melon, but at 10pm I raided the fridge and had 4 cream crackers with some cream cheese. Not too bad in the grand scheme of things though.
I guess the answer is just not to buy these things and then you cannot be tempted. Walk straight pass the cake shop next time. There is a wonderful one just outslde of work and...........mmm........its difficult I know!
I had found a picture of a hugely obese person in a bikini, another one of a super slim person. I have these stuck under my fridge magnets. One look at them before I open the door should do the trick......

Get rid of this stuff in your fridge while you are building self control. I have a soda and fried food problem. I have 0 sodas in my house and 0 pre packaged fried foods. It is to tempting while I am trying to build self control.

I just decided 5 days ago I wanted a better lifestyle and I found this site. I haven't had a soda or fried food in 5 days either, and its not because I don't want it, its because it is not available to me. Give it away to a homeless shelter or throw it away, do something with it all. You will feel better.

i'm a bad binger, but i'd say my top all-time worst binges were...
- a whole bag of grapes
- a whole bowl (a big bowl) of cherries
- a banana
- half a box of special k vanilla almond cereal
- 2 cups of strawberries
- half a pack of whole wheat crackers
- half a box of digestive crackers
- half a block of provolone cheese
- about 20 marshmallows
- 4 glasses of chocolate milk
- a big steak with mashed potatoes with tons of butter and smores
- a HUGE steak
- tons of mashed potatoes
- a whole bowl of fruit
- a chocolate bar
- about 8 smores
- a pack of thinsations
- 2 bowls of frosted mini wheats
- 2 bowls of honey bunches of oats cereal
- 2 bowls of special k red berries
- a bag of STALE marshmallows
- ritz crackers
- a whole pack of peanut butter crackers
- a WHOLE BOX (3 servings) of kraft dinner and i don't even LIKE kraft dinner
when i lived in Dallas, i had a place that would deliver pizza and ice cream up until 2am. i was bad. very bad. 2 quarts of Godiva dark chocolate and a medium meat lovers with the white alfredo sauce was a favorite at the time.
I just ate a whole bunch of appetizers, some kangaroo steak with a ton of veggies (probably cooked in butter) some bread, mashed taters, sweet potatoe and carrot brulee, a deep fried banana with caramel and ice cream, and then the rest of my brothers deep fried banana with ice cream and caramel, and then the rest of my sisters deep fried banana with ice cream, and caramel. The appetizers were stuff like, lobster bisque shooters, yellowfin tune sushi, calamari, lamb skewers, onion rings. Oh man. I didn't realize how much I ate until I typed it.
Oh well. Tomorrow I'll do better. Tomorrow I'll exercise more or something. You shouldn't sweat it. You did screw up, but at least you didn't eat three McDonalds meals or something. That would have been baaaaad.

People always tend to say just not to keep these things in your house, and then you can't binge. I think that's actually worse for me, because if I'm craving something fatty and there's nothing around, I'll make a Kroger run and come back with Cheetos, cookie dough, Pringles, etc. If I just had a bag of chips there to begin with, I wouldn't have gone to get all that.
It's only ONE day in your life! Think of how many more to go you have to do better!
