I dont usualy have this feeling after working out legs. But today after working them out they feel like jelly very weak. and it is like 3 hours later. Did I work them too hard? Is it because I changed up my routine??

Most likely that's the cause.
The first ever time I did a session w/ a personal trainer..haha I could barely step off the sidewalk w/o feeling like I was going to fall down.
See how sore you are tomorrow, and if it's much more than normal, tone down the workout just a little bit until your muscle is built up to that level

Oh yeah, that happens to me a lot. In my opinion it means you had a REALLY GOOD workout. You should be fine the next day.
LOL...I alternate leg extension with leg curl and by the time I'm on my last set on the curl I have to use my hands to get my legs up on the pads! Then walking to the paper towel dispenser and spray cleaner is a challenge! LOL I usually have to hold on to equipment along the way! I wish I had a video of my going down the steps and across the parking lot to my car...I probably look drunk!
Holy crap Jem, That is how I felt after each exersise! I looked like I never worked out before. Each time I got off a machine I was using it to hold myself up!!!
My legs are SORE AS HELL TODAY!!! I think I went too crazy yesterday. I havent done squats for a while, I wonder if that did it. Going to try to hit the gym again today. I wish I can work my upper body like that!
You can totally work your upper body like that. Sometimes I have a hard time washing my hair right after a workout cause my arms are so weak I can get them over my head. Just pound on them with heavy weights and they will get rubbery too!!
If I pound on them will I see growth faster??
