Going there tonight! What do you get that is yummy? I looked on the website under menu, but I don't know if any of the light choices are good, so maybe I should order a regular meal.

Google Ruby Tuesdays Nutritional information.... and find the calories- go by that and figure out what you want.... the best advice is know what you are getting before you get there and stick to it!

i got some sort of cajun/spicy fish dish that wasn't that unhealthy. i dont think i ate the rice and instead just piled up on the salad bar

I don't think you will find anything healthy.  Best bet is to enjoy yourself and work it off over the weekend.

Thanks for ur replies!! I think i will just wing it and see what looks good! I've been good all week and I worked out today!

- SAUTEED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS (make sure their not in butter)

- PREMIUM BABY GREEN BEANS (not in butter)

- FRESH STEAMED BROCCOLI

- GRILLED SALMON

- NEW ORLEANS SEAFOOD (ask for no Parmesan sauce)

- GRILLED CHICKEN

- CREOLE CATCH

- FRESH GARDEN BAR

* YOU CAN ALWAYS MAKE AN ENTREE ASKING, SIMPLY BY ASKING YOUR SERVER TO OMIT CERTAIN THINGS FROM THE DISH! :)

I work at Ruby Tuesday..actually have to be back there in a couple hours. We have a smart eating menu but you have to ask for it. And like others said anything can be added/removed/ or put on the side. Avoid garlic mayo...

the broccoli has butter so ask for it plain...

their turkey burger is slammin'. I usually get that or the turkey mini burgers with the salad bar, passing on the fries.
