So tomorrow my boyfriend and I want to go to Ruby Tuesday's for dinner. I want to be healthy so which rout should I go? I am a vegetarian and I love there veggie burgers but I read once that those things have like 900 calories in them! (Fully loaded as is on the menu, no modifications)  So I was thinking of getting one w/ just tomato, kethcup, mustard, no cheese or anything like that and instead of the bun in between 2 pieces of lettuce with a side of green beans. Or should I just stick with the salad bar? I don't like croutons or cheese on my salads to begin with so I was going to pile it with edemone and lots of fresh veggies and lower calorie dressing.Which will be better? :-) Thanks all!

I'd say go for the veggie burger.  You're already doing a lot to make it a healthier option and cutting cals quite a bit.  I doubt the salad will be as satisfying, especially if you love the veggie burgers. Plus, it's a date :)
