You haven't ruined your life silly! It will be alright just calm down :) It's only one night, you can pick up where you left off with your healthy attitude tomorrow. I think that since it's your father's birthday you should just enjoy yourself...don't let this get you down to where you can't enjoy the night with your family. It's only one mistake, and you'll learn from it! The next time you want a treat like that just think about how you felt today, and it will hopefully keep you from that choosing an unhealthy snack. As for keeping yourself away from anything else before dinner time, try rinsing your mouth out with some mouth wash or brush your teeth. I know that I have a hard time eating right after that because my mouth feels so fresh and clean that I don't want to ruin it so quickly, hehe :) Please just calm down and enjoy your papa's birthday tonight!
