My first 5K is tomorrow morning. I ran yesterday, so should I take today off so my legs are fresh for tomorrow or should I run to keep up the pace?

I took a rest day, and didn't do any exercise. It went great! I wasn't sore from runnning before, so my run was comfortible in that respect. I came in at 34:14, 83 out of 106 overall, 6 out of 8 in my age division. I am really happy with it! :) I know I paced myself just enough so as to not do too much too soon, but I wasn't taking it easy either.

I think I've caught the bug, though... I keep thinking of what 5K I wan tto do next. :)
