Runners... what foods..?
I'm not sure why I'm bringing this up... hehe. What types of foods have you found yourself to not be able to eat before a run, because it causes serious bowel movements?! :o) There are some things that just send me right to the potty mid-run! Grapes, salad, and oranges are my most frequent. You would think I would learn not to eat these things before my run (and for the salad, 12 hours before my run!)...
peanut butter. for some reason i get a horrible side ache mid run, so i avoid it whenever i plan on running! i try not to eat alot before a run and usually wait a couple hours for digestion if ive eaten all day cuz then all the food just wants to come up!
milk! I've thrown up after PE classes because of milk i drank like 3 hours before class.
I am okay with water and all. I normally eat like a banana or a bit of carbs. Something that will fill my stomach a lil and give me energy.

- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
