Running vs. Tapes?

Hi guys, I'm loving this site!

Anyways, I have been losing weight for the past year and have successfully lost almost 100 pounds.  However, because of this, as you can imagine, I get really bored with workouts, and have been clinging to running everyday because it's been effective--but I DREAD it everyday.  My question is--What do you recommend as a better routine?: Running everyday, running and a tape (Billy Blanks, etc.), running one day and a tape the other....? 

I am just curious on thoughts and advice, what has worked for you?

personally, i mix it up!  if i did one thing every day, i would get very bored.  i run outside, go hiking, bike ride, do elliptical, stairmaster, treadmill, tapes and weight lifting on any given day.  i work out about 6 days a week and keep a constant rotation going.  i think whatever keeps you going and keeps you interested is the best workout for you!
