Is there anyone else who would like to take up the challenge of a 120's/110's club. I think that we could use some support too. I found them for the 130's and I was in that one, but now i'm below and need a new group, so I'm starting one. Anyone want to join? It doesn't matter if you are already there or if this category is your goal! I'm 5'6" and at a 126lbs. My goal is my prepregnancy weight of 115 lbs. I currently eat 1,200 calories a day, and burn 1,900. I've been eating healthy, and not really exercising, but would like to start soon. Anyone who wants to join, feel free! Let's all support each other!

I want to join!  I'm 5'2", and I have been around 128 since I joined in June.  I just can't seem to stick with healthy eating 7 days a week, and logging my food in c-c regularly.  I've been running a lot, and competing in races, and I would've hoped that would've kick started some weight loss, but no luck.  So, I'd like the support.  Some web groups that I've been on (not c-c so much) have been less than supportive of my goals, some even claiming that wanting to be 110-115 was "vein"!  I think 110-115 is perfectly in line with my 5'2", small frame.  So it will be nice to have some support!

I've rededicated myself this week, but I've got LOTS of travel coming up, which will be difficult, but I will do my best, and maybe even take a laptop along SOLELY to log my food!  Also, my hubbie and I are trying to get pregnant -- might throw a wrench into my weight loss plans, but I fully intend not to gain a lot of weight during pregnancy!  Any pointers in that area would be appreciated too!
I'd love to be part of this club, but I think I might die. lol. I'm 5'8. But I'll go for the 130 club, how bout that?? :) Just started today and I'm at 199...so I have a looooong way to go!
Hi.  I would like to try this also.  I am 5'5" and weigh anywhere between 123 and 125.  My workouts have been slacking a lot and about a month ago I found out that my percent body fat went from 17% to 19%.  i would love to get back the 17% and if I could get to 120 that would be great but I am not very optimistic because I have been at this weight for a few years now, even when I was working out a lot and really hard!!!!

I actually posted in the fitness forum but if anyone here has a good cardio plan to kick me in gear I would love it.

Hope this helps :)
DC,

I replied to your fitness forum. I hope it will help. You sound exactly like me.
I'm 5'3" and at 125lbs... I may want to lose a couple more pounds, but mainly am focusing on toning (happy with my arms & abs... thighs could use more work).
Wow, navywife Congratulations on your weight loss!

I wish I could join this club, maybe soon :)
hey everybody! Im about 5'5 and i weigh 125 lbs....im just trying to get back to my usual weight of about 115 lbs. The weight gain was due too a serious year of binge eating....hey, i was stressed. I hit my all time high of 140 in march and nearly had a heart attack when i stepped on the scale. (I thought I was about 130) One day I just decided I needed to change; partly because I took excercise science in my last year of high school, trust me when you start studying the science of getting fat a McChicken will never look the same again. Its really not fun to eat so much when you know how every type of food will breakdown in your body and turn you into jello.

I eat around 1100 cals a day and I started doing about an hour of random sports everyday with friends and I stopped trying to survive off vending machines. Slowly but surely the weight started to come off but Im just not where I want to be yet. I find a lot of people *friends* have a lot to say about how skinny you look when they find out your on a diet. Are they waiting for you to prove that you are really worthy of being considered chubby? FAT CHANCE! They can call me whatever and i'll just smile, nod, and think "...one day..." *while shaking fist*

hehehe
Wow, I don't want to be left out.... LOL

I want to joing too.  I'm 5'4 and I weigh 124.  My goal is to be 115.  This summer I got to 116.  i had surgery and couldnt workout for 3 months and gained almost 10 pounds.  I about died when I tried on pants and they almost didn't button... you could have just shot me dead when I saw the number 125 on the scale....  I worked so hard and was only a pound away...  So, back to working out and trying to watch the calorie intake.  I hope to reach my goal weight by my birthday, January 1.

I'm in also. I am 5'3 and go between 117-121. I want to get back down to my 110. I tore a ligament in my foot. After being non active for 3 months while limping around the pounds choose to come on all at once. Struck me by surprise!
Seems like there are lots of people here with similar stats as me...5'5"/5'4" around 125.  But it also seems that people have actually gotten to 115 before.  I have been trying for years to do that and I just can't seem to.  People have told me to up my cals lower my cals...everything and it just does not seem to work.  i can't seem to get lower than 123.  I sort of just became reserved to the fact that this is how my body is and wants to be.  Is this a good way to think?  Do you think that I can get  below 120?

I eat around 1100-1400 cals...depending on if its the weekday or weekends.  Weekends are always a little more but I always eat healthy foods, low fat, sensible and no sodas or fast food ever.

do you think I can get there and if so how?
The last bit to lose is always the hardest, on the upside it can be done. But it will in no way be easy, try doing cardio. I jump rope and its working like a charm, you burn anywhere from 200-400 cals per 30 min. Its a lot easier than running outside and its fun if you skipped rope as a kid.....memories.....

.....oooh the good ol' 110 days....
DC,

I was pretty sure last week that I couldn't break my 120 lowest mark for the last three years, but slowly over the last week I have dropped 3 lbs/ several inches and continue to lose. I am getting ready to break it if I lose just 2 more lbs!!! My BF has dropped also, 1% in one week. It is maintaining also. The plan I listed in you kick a$$ forum is what has done it for me. I am so excited! I almost have a six pack. It will be the first time ever!!!!!

Sure, I would like to join.  I am at 131 and would like to be at 120.  I have always weighed between 115 and 120 but since my 50's came and all the stuff that goes with it I cannot lose the weight.  It's very discouraging.  My husband and I walk at least 5 to 6 times a week for 30 to 40 minutes and I do light weights at least 3 times a week, but the fat keeps piling on the middle.  So, any help would nice.
dont' you guys think that is a little thin? I was 110 once, but they stuck me in the hospitle... :/ not fun.......
it does seem a little thin- 5'6" and 120-130 is low-end healthy BMI.  ESPECIALLY if you're packing any muscle, and you know who you are, people :)
shrill - Well I did pretty well I think last night with my cardio.

20 minutes on the treadmill doing intervals and then another 20 minutes on the stairmaster on the Fat Burner Plus Level 8.

I just have to make sure that I keep up with it at last 3-4 days a week.  i think I can do it.  I felt great last night.  The run at the end was tough...I was going at 9 mph on a 2.0 incline.

I am hoping to see some results.

I am glad that you have seen improvement it gives me hope.  Don't you just love the abs.  Once I got them they are a great motivator.
ill joinn sure! um im not sure what my exact weight is because i was like 115 but i fell off the healthyboat for a few weekends in october so i might be in the 120s.. anyway.  my goal is about 111 lbs, and last time i checked i was 5.5" i stive to eat approx. 1400-1500 healthy calories per day.  I also wanna lose fat around my stomach, get a 2-pack and get more beauutiful leg muscles.  Well those are my goals for now; good luck to all of us!!!!

PS tip; lower body boot camp tae bo tones your legs pretty decently :D
I am 25 years old...5'3 and 128ish...This is the most I have weighed ever.  I moved to Houston (from Canada) and the lbs just keep coming!  I am looking to lose at least 10 lbs...Started to go to the gym about 3-4 times a week and I am a pretty active person, and think I am eating healthy, but I musnt be because my weight just keeps climbing.

Help!!!!
I'd like to be a part too! I'm 5'6 109.5 lbs today. That will probably change tomorrow! VERY FRUSTRATING. I have not been exercising as much as I should, but am hoping to get back on the ball this weekend. Appreciate any encouragement!
