Is there anyone else who would like to take up the challenge of a 120's/110's club. I think that we could use some support too. I found them for the 130's and I was in that one, but now i'm below and need a new group, so I'm starting one. Anyone want to join? It doesn't matter if you are already there or if this category is your goal! I'm 5'6" and at a 126lbs. My goal is my prepregnancy weight of 115 lbs. I currently eat 1,200 calories a day, and burn 1,900. I've been eating healthy, and not really exercising, but would like to start soon. Anyone who wants to join, feel free! Let's all support each other!
I would like to be in your club too! What do we actually do in a club on line? I am 42 years old 127lbs. 5'4". I would love to get down to 119, I feel like that would be a good weight for me.
Im up for it, I am 5"2' and as of today 123.5lbs. I am 26 and would like to be 105 at the least. I dont know, I am actually just trying to tone some more and let my skin rebound from being bigger and see how I feel. I am at a happy size so I dont know what happens from here.
Hey Folks! Just Peeking my head back in, looks like everyone is doing great! I'm so happy for all of you! You are all doing such a great job! Keep up the good work. I have been fluctating a little bit lately but not too bad, I've done fairly well. I'm trying to decide what weight I look/feel the best at. Oh, I posted some new pictures too! You guys should take a look!
this club's a goood idea, I'm 124 lbs, my ideal wieght would be 8 st, 112 lbs, and hopefully drop down a dress size to a 6
at the moment I'm struggling to fit into mt jeans which I once so easile slid into so thats my motivation!
Keep working at it Honesty, it will come off. How tall are you by the way?
I am at 113 now, which is good overall. Certainly a huge improvement on who I was just a few months ago.
It's nice to fit into my old clothes again and new ones too and actually feel ok about myself (the shame is lifting!)
Officially, I have lost 4 lbs since the beginning of June (official weigh in and trend lines, though all of May I was bobbling between 115 and 119 so who knows). It feels good to be down but difficult to be so close to goal without achieving it.
What is everyone's favorite workout lately? I need some new inspiration for those last few pounds so I can reach 110.

hey. im 5'3" and 125, i was once 113 by starving myself but im trying to eat the over 1200 calorie mark and get back down... i hope this works.
im in! im 5'2 and stuck at 118. im trying to reach my goal weight of 110- and fit into my size 1 pants again.
nycgirl: i tottally love pilates, i took it as a college class. before that i tried to learn it from DVDs but i have a low attention span, hahaa. once i learned it and got into a routine it really woke up muscle areas that i dont think i had ever worked before!
Hi twintakarai, what Pilates do you do? I have the Windsor tapes but never did them ... is it hard??
Currently, I am at my highest weight for a while at 124 pounds... I'm about 5'5, I know that most people who I know would think I was Crazzzzy for wanting to lose weight, but for a long time I was at a healthy 112 and would love to get back down around there. My problem was the end of school *graduating, leaving friends, etc.* and drinking BEER and eating BADLY every night. for like a month or 2. seriously soooo unhealthy. I have been trying hard to get back into healthy eating habbits but sometimes it is really hard to say no to junk, especially working in an office where good food is often offered around and coworkers get you to go out for lunch and yeah...it happens. Anyways I just want my clothes to fit as they used to etc...I hate the feeling of your clothes being tight and in your head your like 'wow this used to be so loose on me', i know I look fine but I think its more about how you feel, and i'm glad to find this group of like minded/ similar goal people because like i said, its like almost impossible to talk to people about losing weight when all they will say is you look fine. Soooo there is my story i want to join the club!!
I would be interested in joining! I want to lose a few pounds but more so I want to tone up to make my husband happy.
id love to join! im maintaining my weight of 116 lbs while trying to eat healthier and not binge!
Im not ever sure how many calories I should be eating everyday. I have been trying to stay under 1,000 but maybe thats not a good thing. I work out for an hour a day running on a treadmil. I usually burn 300-500 calories....
armywife, why not use the calculator tools to figure out your allowance and expenditure? I think under 1000 is too little ESPECIALLY since you are working out. Even me, who is pretty sedentary and quite short has a BMR of 1200 and with my daily activities up to 1500. And that's without a good workout! So, you need to eat more!! Try to keep it at 1200 (an occasional day under a 1000 isn't so bad) or you will risk entering starvation mode over time.
armywife i know what you mean, a big part of my motivation is the extra boost from knowing my boyfriend notices and appreciates changes in my body as well... currently i am not seeing him until aug22nd, i want to make as much a difference as possible until that!
i burn the same amt per day but usually eat way over 1000 cals, well anywhere from moderatly over to lots over :S but trying to curb that
This whole thing started because my husband made a comment that my face was getting chubby. Sad but true! I guess I need to up my food intake and keep working out. Hopefully I will notice something... Good luck EVERYONE! We can all do what we set out to.
I hate that... I actually notice the weight i put on in my face as well. so far i am down 1.4 pounds from last week.... could easily be fluctuation, but heres hoping it keeps going down! I love sweets way toooo much.

My problem is that I am at 120 now (5"5) and want to get to 110 by the time I go to the East Coast for college. (I want to snag all those attractive, smart boys!)
