Is there anyone else who would like to take up the challenge of a 120's/110's club. I think that we could use some support too. I found them for the 130's and I was in that one, but now i'm below and need a new group, so I'm starting one. Anyone want to join? It doesn't matter if you are already there or if this category is your goal! I'm 5'6" and at a 126lbs. My goal is my prepregnancy weight of 115 lbs. I currently eat 1,200 calories a day, and burn 1,900. I've been eating healthy, and not really exercising, but would like to start soon. Anyone who wants to join, feel free! Let's all support each other!
i'm joining this club, i use to be 120 :( but now im at 149!! and its just been 5 months. i broke up with my boyfriend and just started to go out more and i eating way more junk then before. however, i'm happy again and i feel very content, but none of my clothing fits!! and i do miss my old body, i have a belly now :( lol i never knew what that felt like, also i'm only 5'2 so my hips are a little wider as well, a lot of plp tell me that i dont look fat, but i feel so fat!!! so im joining this group to motivate me, i was 153, 2 weeks ago but now im 149, sigh, i hope i can keep going, at least 130 something before school starts
nycgirl: yeah, that program should be pretty much the same. i follow Allan Menezes' book... on Amazon.com u can get the book for really cheap. (mine was 1.99$!)

I'd like to join in - I'm 129lbs right now but my *normal* happy weight is 118lbs. Trying to get back in shape - 11lbs to get back to my comfort zone.
I run 30 miles/week including long 8-10 milers on weekends.
I work out with weights at the gym 3 times/week
and eat healthy! I still cannot lose the last 10-11lbs for the life of it.
My goal is 118lbs - I'm now 129lbs. I drop down to 123-125lbs and then go up to 128-129lbs - Something's got to change so I'd be at my steady 118-119lbs like I was for a while but fell off the wagon some time last year :(
Perhaps a closer count of every calorie I consume would help!

I would love to join this club. I am 5'5" and 127 pounds. I would like to lose 10-12 pounds in the next few months to reach 115 pounds. Doing this will be like winning the lottery because all of my very nice work clothes will fit again! I am watching what I eat and trying to be more active.
how is it going for everyone? ? I have been getting lots of excercise but have been a bit less good about calories. i have lost 2 pounds...as of friday...but yesterday was a bad one lots of beer lol. hmmm currently trying to get up motivation to go to the gym...
Im right there with you.... I ate chinese food yesterday and I dont feel like doing ANYTHING today. I need to go to the gym but I just dont want to.... Good luck!
I would like to join. I am 5' 7" and 120 pound- very small frame and would like to be 115 pounds. Everyone says I am so skinny but in a bathing suit I look awful- I have cellulite on my butt that seems to fall into the back of my legs- very tiny up top but bottom is groose- I run and work out everyday but when I am at 115 pounds I look alot better. Anyone else have this?
I do!! My weight is way more distributed in the thigh area so losing those pounds (down to 115) makes a big difference for me there in bathing suits etc as well.
I in also! I am 5'8 and weigh 142. I would like to weight 120 to 115. People always tell me that im skinny and dont need to lose weight, even people on this site have yelled at me sayng the 115 wouldnt be healthy...but i look fat! I seriously have many trouble spots...such as the ARMS and thighs and butt and sides. I need help!
also i forgot to add, that this weight gain ive put on since i weight 130 a few years ago was from when i went on birth control. Since ie been on it i cant take off this weight the the pills have put on me! At least i think its the pills. anyone else gain weight from birth control?
Do leg lifts help with spot reduction in your butt/thighs? Someone told me that you gain weight like a bathtub- you fill up from bottom to top and then lose it from top to bottom- so therefore I am small on top and big on bottom becasue I can't lose these last 5 pounds. Also my breasts get bigger when I gain only 5 pounds and one is bigger than the other! Ahh- anyone else have this?
IM IN!!.. Right now im at 121 and want to get down to 103, I'm 5'2. I usually workout 6days a week 30-40mins a day. I'm thinking about starting to lift weights to get tone as im losing. I'm just hoping not lose in the 'upperpart of the body' :).. and i'm 22

I'm 5'7" down to 118 from 142 (11/2006). I have to work out every day or I cannot stay this weight. In order to eat 1200 calories and stay this weight I have to work out a lot. I burn calories on the stationery bike for about 1 hr and 20 mins. But I read the newspaper for about 45 minutes of that at about 16 mph (10 cals/minute for me). The rest is high gear - 20 mph (14 cals/minute). I don't hate it but I have to bike a long time to burn what I used to in much less time because of the weight loss (and my age). That's why I read on the bike and talk on the phone (at 16 mph, not 20). Also I do weights 5 days/week, stretching 3 days/week and weighted hula hoop (great for the waist) for 15 minutes 5 days/week. Actually I have to work out like this to sleep well, too (at my age).
I'm 118 right now - lost 24 lbs since November. But I have to count every calorie (burned and eaten) and keep very good track. At this weight it's necessary. But at my age it's necessary at any weight so I might as well be skinny - its more fun.

Have been in the 110s for the past two days but had a 2000 calorie day today so I know tomorrow won't be pretty ... freaking brownies ... who knew they were 90 cals a pop and I ate 5 at a BBQ ... it's ok, just will be better from now on. Feeling the serious need to get rid of the flab. I hate being 110 pounds of pure cellulite and flab.
Don't lose heart, NYCgirl. The trend is down. I hope you enjoyed those brownies bcs I haven't had one in ten years or more. LOVE those things. Can't eat them any more, sadly.

Hi girls, im in @ 5'6 126 i havent ever been this low before it feels great, im going for 119 :)
Thanks for the encouragement lamoi. I did go up a bit, as can be expected from the brownie "binge" -- who knew they were so bad for you?!??! I have been 111 since the weekend. That's ok though as I am pleased to be holding under 112 since the start of the month. Hoping to get to 110 by the end of the month and hold steady.
