Is there anyone else who would like to take up the challenge of a 120's/110's club. I think that we could use some support too. I found them for the 130's and I was in that one, but now i'm below and need a new group, so I'm starting one. Anyone want to join? It doesn't matter if you are already there or if this category is your goal! I'm 5'6" and at a 126lbs. My goal is my prepregnancy weight of 115 lbs. I currently eat 1,200 calories a day, and burn 1,900. I've been eating healthy, and not really exercising, but would like to start soon. Anyone who wants to join, feel free! Let's all support each other!

I'm ging to be in the Miss Arizona Pageant in October, so I'd like to lose that extra fat (around the belly, under-the-arm-wobble, theighs, and butt) for the swimsuit competition! My real goal that I'd be pretty ecstatic with is 115. My "I'll be happy enough if I get to it" goal is 117. :D

Hey! I'm 5'3", small frame, 125 and my goal is 110. I'll be happy if I fluctuate between 110 and 115 again and not the current 125-128. I'm cutting calories but I need some motivation to exercise. I was taking an aerobics and kick boxing class during last semester, but now school is over, I graduated, and the gym is no longer free!
I'm in a really tiny room as a rental now.. does anyone have any suggestions for exercising?

I'm 5'4". I'm around 122 pounds and I want to get down to 110. I need some valid suggestions. I count calories, I eat a lot of veggies every day and I go for a 20 minute walk (most days) and do around 150 crunches every morning (mixture between situps and bicycle crunches). I don't want to gain any muscle, but I do want more defined abs (hence the cruches). My problem is my butt. So what should I do? I think I'm going to give up sugar (aside from fruits).

Hey all I'm 5"5' at 118.1 today and hoping to get to my fighting weight of 112.All my extra weight is in my belly.
I am currently 113*114 lbs. Hoping to get down to 109*110. Trying to keep the cals at 1200-1300 a day, but I do slip up once in awhile (like 2 times a week) and eat over 2000 cals. I work out at the gym 4-5 times a week, doing an hour of cardio, 20 mins stomach and 40 mins weights. I hope I can see a change with in the next few months. I have lost about 50 pounds so far (In the last 3 years) ;) I have been at this weight for 6 months now. I just want a few more gone!
what sucks about having so little to lose is that its so hard to tell if your making progress because fluctuations can put you right back where you started and its frustrating to see after hard work!! right now i seem to be hovering more frequently at a lower weight then i was but i still occasionally see the same number on the scale as i did when i started like...well over a month ago...and i have actually been working at it and going to the gym and watching calories ugh.
hi everybody! im new here ..just created an account today! umm lets see im 16 and 5'3 and i weigh 107 but my goal is 99. wish me luck! any advice would be great.
mcavan i know how that goes.. i think that it is just normal water intake capacity though..not to worry..i run 9 miles a day and eat less than 1000 cal. but my weight often still varies. i think that it is just part of being human!
Hey everyone! I am thrilled to share I reached my goal of 110 by the end of July and am now a bit under at 108-109.5 hovering. So psyched to be so close to my goal and looking forward to entering maintenance mode.
mcavan, I also hover around one weight and occasionally see a lower number. Never fear, as long as you are hovering at a lower number you are losing weight and the occasional spotting of a higher number is usually a freak thing being water retention or some such. Don't worry! As long as the overall trend is down you are definitely losing. If in doubt, plot your weight on this site and use the trend line as a guide, it really is great!

Also, you eat less than 1000 calories and run 9 miles a day?!? You are certain to go into starvation mode (search forums if you don't know what it is!) and if you do that weight you want to lose will never get lost and you will destroy your metabolism and your health. I strongly suggest you up your calories if you want to lose weight. You sound like on the verge of a serious ED.

nycgirl, to be honest i am recovering from an eating disorder and struggling with weight gain and loss. wow well thats not something i usually tell people but i figure i can never be traced right? prehaps 99 is a little low to aim for but i dont know... when i look in the mirror, even after weight loss i still feel exactly the same. congrats. on reaching your goal and doing it in a healthy and safe way, which is more than i have ever achevied, thanks for taking the time out to write!
aghh. trying to reach 100-105.
every time i get to 110 my weight just shoots up again.
its a bummer and idk why i cant get to 110 or lower..

I'm 5'4" I hope to get back down to 125 soon. I've been stuck at 134-132 for some time now any ideas?
abooska- If you drink soda, STOP. That helped me a lot. Also make sure you are eating throughout the day to avoid slowing your metabolism. But when you do eat, use portion control and try to eat less processed foods. Exercise always helps too. If I don't have time for a full work out I go on a walk around my neighborhood or something.
ok anyone have any suggestions for me? I'm about 5'3, stuck at 135lb for about 2 weeks now (i know that's not long but i get a little pannicky). I count my cal- usually 1200 per day but sometimes 1400, I eat mostly fruits, veggies, and a small amount of whole grains (whole wheat). I eat about every 4 hours and I exercise 4-6x per week (brisk walk w/some jogging, tae bo, yoga, pilates). I do a little bit of weight training here and there as well

It's such a relief to find people like me! I joined yesterday, and i love it. All the threads have people who are more overweight so are reaching for higher goals than me, so I finally found the perfect group!

I want to join. I'm only 7 lbs away from my goal weight of 110 lbs. I figure I have plenty of time to achieve this goal before summer ( I live in the Southern Hemisphere ) to look totally fabulous.
