I'm 5'3"(technically 5'2.5" but who's counting) 113, would love to be 107-110 but happy to maintain 113 if its possible. Been hovering between 112-114 for a while now. Before I started CC I hovered from 115-119; having a 5 lb loss in my 'hover zone' has felt great, has made a huge difference in my life. 5 lbs can make or break a small framed, vertically challenged woman.
Oh and I am 36 and the proud mommy of a fantastic 2 1/2 yr old boy!

I'm Heather. 17 yrs old. 5'5.5 I want to be 113/115. I am currently 122/123 [I just LOVE spring scales - lol] I started at 135/140ish.
I NEED to start exercising again, I took a week off to re cooperate my body, and now I have a kidney infection which hurts so I guess I am laying off the exercising for a while.
After I reach my goal I would like to gain some muscle, and tone up my body!
So 9 more pounds to go. It seems so far, yet so close. So anxious already!
Hey, I just started out on this site today :)
I'm 5'3.5 ish and 128 pounds.
Trying to get down to about 110ish by the end of summer.
i'm in too. I'm 21 years old, and 5'6". At my highest, i was 135lbs (around the start of last year). I've lost 10lbs since, but i think that is mainly due to reduced snacking and the adoption of a pescetarian diet(the only meat i eat is seafood).
As a college student, (and a lazy+introverted one), I sank headlong into pretty sedentary lifestyle, especially since weight gain (and grappling with depression) left me pretty sluggish and lethargic.
While I was pretty content with the way i was going, except occasional thought that i could lose a few more pounds, at least to get closer to the way i was when i was still an athlete––i gained a whopping 27lbs in the 3+ years after I stopped training, during which sometimes went binging and puking, and on a few occasions put myself on extremely low calorie diets, just to check the weight gain (obviously, those attempts were futile, and if anything, probably had a catastrophic effect on my metabolism.)
I got a rude awakening in the middle of last month, when after running up three flights of stairs to submit a term paper, I ended up wheezing like crazy for 10~15minutes. I commented to a friend that 'this is strange. can you suddenly develop asthma, after being asthma free for all your life?' And the friend brilliantly deduced, 'well, by the principle of parsimony, i think that rather than a sudden onset of asthma, the more probable explanation is that you're simply unfit.'
So, in addition to weight loss, I intend to shape (and tone) up as well. So, lose fat and gain muscle. As of now, I'm 125lbs (I've been at this weight for a few months actually). I intend to lose 10 pounds by my birthday (14 August), and perhaps more subsequently. My ultimate goal is to maintain my weight between 110~113lbs. (:
I'm at 126 at the moment and trying to get to 115 ish
