I know there was a 140's Club already but I did a search for it in the forums and it didnt come up.. So yeah, who is with me??

I had my 3rd weigh-in today @ 149.5 so I am satisfied and no longer in denial that I actually weigh less than 150.. Just barely but Im not gonna complain about that...lol

I wanna be in the club!!!  I still have 2 lbs to go before I'm in......I was 150.5 last week, but had a bit of a spike and was up to 152 yesterday......I will try your "start at 100 and go the other way" trick today...but I have a feeling the scale just won't play nice. I am on best behavior and will "officially" be a member soon - I can feel it!!!
I'm in, but hopefully not for long.  141 as of this morning!

I went from 150 to 140... to 143 to 145 to 142, etc., back to 140 as of this morning. 

Seems I like this club.

Hopefully I get to kick myself out soon and find a 130s club to join.  Hopefully you all come with me.

I keep bouncing around between 150 and 147, kinda annoying.

I was about to toss my scale out of the window when I saw the 140's club ... curious I took a quick look...Im relieved to read that there are others like myself that go from 152 to 148..ANNOYING ..yeah just a bit today I'm 151??? I feel like someone is toying with me....I eat about 1,100 calories a day and run for 5.0 mile WHAT WRONG WITH ME???!!!???

I just got into it... 148 today! I'm excited... I've been in the 150s for 5 months and I'm finally out!
Anyone recently break 140? I seem to have been hovering between 140-142 for over a month.

You should be eating at LEAST 1200 calories a day...and that's if you don't exercise!  I read on a bunch of other forums that eating such a minimal amount of calories can put your body into starvation mode and actually PREVENT you from burning calories.  If you are running 5 miles a day, you should be eating at least 1500 or 1600 calories.  Try it and see what happens! Good luck :o)
Hi all - can I join? I hit 148.8 this a.m and my goal is 132. I was 149.9 a week ago so I now don?t feel like I?m cheating by putting my hand up to join in! I finished uni almost 2 years ago and since then I?ve been steadily packing on the pounds since I started a desk job. I?ve just moved to London and this city is notorious for stacking on the weight (warm beer anyone?) so I have decided it?s really time to do something about it.

Until now, I?ve been happy to go by whether my clothes fit, but although I can get myself into size 10 (US6) tops and size12 (Us8) bottoms, the idea of getting into a bikini is horrifying. My BMI is 25, so it?s really time to count those calories. I?m targeting 1600 per day.
