Thanks Wendy  - will have a go at those.

Typical - just as I've got to the point of pysching myself up for the runner!

Hi everyone! Been gone for alittle while. I weighed 188 on the 9th and this morning weighed 184.8.  This is weird for me. I've really had a hard time losing and now I'm on a roll!  Just hope I don't hit another plateau for a month!  Really hate those.  But every once in a while I eat maintenance so I won't hit another one!

Seems like everyone is doing well.  I know how the knees can hurt too.  With me I think it's just age!  I'm 43 and my body parts are wearing out! lol

Have a nice evening! :D

wow, momof2 thats great! Thats over 3 lbs in about 5 days! good for you! Wish I would have a losing streak like that..

Wendy - that's a welcoming losing streak!  For so long I was stuck at 200, then at 190 again.  Now I've been losing pretty steady. Mostly just 2 pounds a week, but I've increased my cardio so it's  making me lose more.  I have to watch it. Don't want to lose to quick.

Hi Wendy! Thanks for the suggestions :) I definitely just ordered myself some lotion at Bath and Body Works!

Hope everyone is doing great!

Hi everyone! Hope all is well ..I weighed in at 178 this morning! I cant believe it!

Just about got everything packed and we are dropping the kids off at my folks tomorrow :) Hopefully wont gain too much on the cruise..

Kirie..ooh, I absolutely love Bath and Body Works!! My favorites are the Jasmine&vanilla, True Blue Lay it on Thick, and MoonLight Path.. and so much more.. My husband hates when I go there because I always end up spending way too much! :)

Have a great weekend everyone, and a wonderful week next week! Check in with you all later!

This may be a stupid question, but if I haven't been eating much for a couple weeks  (like 700-1,000 cals a day) due to not feeling too well, am I going to gain now that I'm eating a healthy 1,400?

Currently, I weigh in at 167, but a couple days ago it was 165.5, so I'm not really sure what it is DX

Sharky the Smurf - why don't you slowly work yourself back up to a healthy number?  Today eat 1100, and for a few days eat 1200, then a few more 1300, and a few more at 1400... and see how that goes. Ooo 165!  Wow!  I want to see that.

Momof2:  What a streak!  Keep it up!

Wendy - I can't wait to hear of your cruise tales!

Today I'm down to 170.  I've been 172 for weeks, and I just saw some movement.  Although I've been highly sedentary for a few days, I've been able to get a few things done (on my butt).  Today's workout is going to involve cleaning the house, because my parents are trying to sell this house, since we can't afford it if I'm the only one with a job (which makes approx $300 a month, sadly).  Anybody want a nice 4-bedroom 2-bath ranch style home in North Carolina?

170!!!! OMG!!!

In other news, I made an A, two B+, and two B's in college this semester.  Quite an improvement.  I've got much more to do, to get my GPA up; if a 3.32 isn't enough!  In a year and a half I'll be interning and headed for graduate school.

leopardrayne - you can't wait to see 165 and I can't wait to see 170!  And good job on the grades! College can be so hard! It's all worth it in the end though.

Well, not much going on with me. My family and I are going out to eat at the Olive Garden later. It's my favorite restaurant. Then a movie tonight. We are going out as a family for a change. My son is 15 and never wants to do anything mom and dad anymore. AND on a Friday! lol

talk to everyone later. Have a nice weekend! :D

Momof2:  Good luck at 170.  You'll make it.

The 160's is going to be an era of great breakthroughs.

169:  under 30 BMI
168:  30 pounds less than start
165:  H.S. Graduation weight.
162:  Weight when I quit Cross Country in high school to focus on my studies.
160:  Usual Cross Country weight.

Wow everyone!  Great job!  Unfortunately I am currently stuck at 184 :(  I have been much better with my logging though which is making a difference.  I really need to get off my ass and do some exercise besides sit ups.  It's just so hard working 9 hours a day in a Psych hospital with kids, and then I get home and just want to CHILL!!!!

Leo:  Congrats on your grades and your weight.  Good job!!

Sharky:  I agree with Leo, just take things slow, and you'll be ok.  BTW I haven't been on for awhile so , My condolences about your uncle.

All new people I don't know:  WELCOME!!!!!!

189.5 this morning!

Hellloooooo 180's club!!

I'll be hanging around for a bit Laughing

Everyone is doing sooo well!!!  Congrats to everyone!  :)  Keep it up!

I don't always set goals and watch my calories, but I know I eat right about enough calories.  I always make a conscious effort to eat healthily.  The worst I had today was tacos, but I was able to limit myself at two (about 200 Calories apiece), and to drink only one diet soda today.

I am in love with CC!  I feel sooo good!  I just went shopping this afternoon for a new pair of dressy capri's and ended up with two of them, four dressy shirts (for a night out), and a new pair of sexy heels!  Shopping for clothes was actually fun and rewarding this time for once... normally, I feel depressed.  This time I tried on a few things I normally wouldn't wear, but they actually looked good, so I got them.  I discovered I went down a couple of pants sizes too, which feels sooo good!  Hubby loves the new outfits too and says I look sexy!  Wink  I really needed some new pants though, those were the worst... I was sick of looking like droopy drawers.  Now my husband says he can see what's back there, lol!

It has been a great day today!  I just got off the phone with my little sis and she and her boyfriend are going to fly down and visit soon!  I'm so excited, I haven't seen her in probably at least a year and a half!  yay!!  Hope everyone else is having an awesome day as well.  :)

I'm having a great day so far, yes!  I got on the scale and it said 169.6!  That's an all time low, and that means I have officially hit a 30 BMI.  That's a major accomplishment to me.  I'm in a great mood and I don't mind that I'll be walking all around in the sun across campus with heavy things today.  I'll consider it my workout.

Yesterday, the scale was 177.5lbs.  I'm a bit surprised.  I did a great job on limiting food at home (no to super fried things, small servings of the huge amounts of foods offered, eating out limited to what looked like a serving size rather than what they gave me) but considering I haven't had at least 64oz of water till yesterday, I thought I would have retained alot more.  Everything they served was very salty (so much so I refused to at alot of things).

I wonder how much I'd weight if I didn't feel a bit bloated.  I'm exicted for the weekend for my first fully resting days.  But my goal for June doesn't seem like I'll get it.  I wanted to weight 170lbs by the second week of June, but I think I'll be a little off.  I am happy that I'm under 180lbs now.  I haven't worked out in a month now it seems.  I hope to hit the gym tonight and get back on track!

*rubs back* Sounds like you did nothing wrong at the restaurant.  Just hit the gym!

I'll be alongside you... well, my soul will be. I'm too lazy to go to the gym at this point.

Leo - wow, congrats on the 169.6!!!  *woot, woot*!

Yay! Thank you.  Going to the gym tomorrow if the doctor lets me... I have to get my throat checked.  Laryngitis with a minor case of my left tonsil is twice the size of my right...  Nothing serious :-P
